What is Custom Audience?
Custom Audience is where we target users who have previously contacted us, reviewed our products, interact with our social media accounts, or downloaded our mobile app.

What is a Lookalike Audience?
Lookalike Audience is a target audience similar to the audience that interacts with our website and interacts with our social media accounts. Well; We can reach users who are similar to the audience found in the Custom Audience here. We need to create it after creating the Custom Audience.
PIXEL – CUSTOM AUDIENCE SHARING
If you have more than one ad account, Pixel, and Custom Audiences must be shared. Because; When Facebook closes one of our accounts, it is important to be able to access the customer data and advertisements you collect through other accounts. Otherwise, you will lose your advertising budget and the customer data you have collected. Scaling is an important step for our advertisement to continue if you are doing a lookalike (similar target audience).
How to Connect?
Pixel Sharing;
- Click on Business Settings. Then click Data Sources.
- Select pixels from the popup window. Select the ad account to trade with.
Select Add Assets and select the ad account you want to add from the popup window and click Save. Thus, you have linked your pixel with your ad account.
Sharing Custom Audiences;
- Select Audiences from the top left corner.
- Select the audience you want to share with from the pop-up window. Then select Actions and click Share.
- Select the ad account you want to share, and click Save. In this way, you will be able to see the target audience you share in your other accounts.
NOTE: You must have more than one ad account before we can share the target audience. Well; You can do this when you have two ad accounts. Facebook will not allow you to open a second ad account yet if you have just opened your Pixel and have just created your business account. But you will be able to open your second ad account after you make a certain ad spend.
